Custom Media Wall Ordering Guide, Terms and Delivery Information
1. Placing Your Order
Place your order via our website. If your TV is smaller than the standard cutout size and requires a custom cutout, please include your TV’s height and width in the Bespoke TV Cut Out Size section. Ensure that your TV does not exceed the standard size for the media wall, as we cannot adjust the wall to fit larger TVs.
2. Designing Your Media Wall
We’ll design the top section of the media wall to fit your specified dimensions, leaving a 1-inch gap around the TV.
3. Wall Height Information
Please include the floor-to-ceiling height of the wall where the media wall will be installed in the notes. This helps ensure your media wall will fit correctly, as we do not modify the height of our walls.
4. 3D CAD Drawing
Based on your provided measurements, we’ll create and email you a complimentary 3D CAD drawing of your media wall, valued at £250.
If you cancel after receiving your CAD drawing but before production, a £250 charge plus an administrative fee applies.
Any revisions requested after the initial design will incur a £35 fee per alteration.
5. Approval and Manufacturing
Upon receiving written approval of the CAD drawing, we’ll begin manufacturing. If you’d like a space for a soundbar included in the top section, the overall height of the unit will increase by the soundbar’s height plus 1 inch. The manufacturing process can take 4 to 6 weeks following the approval of the CAD drawings. After manufacturing, the media wall undergoes a thorough inspection and quality control process to ensure it is free of defects. Once this is complete your media wall would be dispatched to our couriers who will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
Note: Phoenix media walls cannot be customised, so measurements are not required for this model.
2-Man Delivery Service
Our 2-man delivery team provides home delivery for all Windermere fire products, bringing your item directly to your chosen room and removing all packaging.
Delivery is available to most areas except for postcodes beginning with ZE, TR, SR, PO, PH, KW, IV, PA, JE, IM, HS, GY, PH, KA, and BT, as well as Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and other offshore islands.
Delivery is to the ground floor only. We will confirm your delivery date via text or email the evening before, providing a 3-hour time slot for your convenience. On delivery day, our team will call when they’re en route, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Q: What is the false chimney breast for the Media Wall made of?
The False Chimney breast is made of high quality MDF.
Q: What is the depth of the Media Wall?
A: The standard depth of all media walls bases is 12 ½ inches excluding the Sorrento package which is 10 ½
The standard depth of all media wall top sections is 9 ½ inches.
Q: Can the TV opening sizes be changed?
A: Yes, provide us with your TV’s length and width in inches and we will design the top section of the media wall around these sizes leaving a gap all around.
Q: Can I add a soundbar cutout?
A: Yes, provide us with your soundbars length and height we will design the top section of the media wall around these sizes leaving a gap all around.
Q: How do I access the back of my TV when it is fitted in place?
A: Your TV needs to be fitted onto an extendable bracket which allows you to bring the TV forward to access the cables.
Q: Where can I place my Sky Q box?
A: The Sky Q box can be fitted behind your TV; Amazon also sells wall mounting brackets are also available.
Q: Can the electric fire be plugged into an extension lead.
A: No, the electric fire must be plugged into its own socket.
Q: Is there a cavity behind the bottom section of the floor standing media walls for a socket to be fitted?
A: Yes, the socket should be installed approximately 8 inches from the floor to the bottom of the socket.
Q: How long will it take to receive my media wall?
A: Delivery will be approximately 4 to 6 weeks once the CAD drawing has been approved.
Q: Is there a space to run cables behind the bottom section?
A: Yes, there is a hole next to the side tiles for this purpose.
