Gorgeous fire. There was a delay in getting the logs and stones, they came in a second box that didn’t come with the fire but after contacting them via WhatsApp everything was resolved, customer service was second to none, would definitely recommend buying from Twilight Fires ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Electric log burner is exactly what we needed. Staff members at Twilight helped us to choose the perfect fire for us by discussing it and sending us video and pictures. Really helpful from early advice to delivery.
The fire is great, probably a little louder than I was expecting but I have never had an electric fire before so this might be normal for the fan. I was frustrated with the lack of communication to get the fire delivered and I waited four weeks for delivery which was direct from the manufacturer.
Thank you for your review. We’re so pleased to hear that you’re enjoying the fire! Regarding the fan noise, this is completely normal, as fan heaters require some sound to operate effectively. We understand it might take some getting used to, especially if this is your first electric fire.

Ordered a media wall fire at a great price it was delivered very quickly packaged extremely well and very helpful delivery men Just having the media wall installed now so can't comment on how it looks in use yet
We love our fireplace, it’s exactly what we wanted. We searched for one with the most realistic flame, so many just aren’t any good but these looked great online, we are so glad we just went for it as it far exceeded our expectations, we are so pleased with the flame effect and overall quality of our new stove.

Great fire, looks amazing and so many different colours to choose from! The crackle sound sounds like a child’s kitchen toy, but it’s not a feature we’re planning to use. The remote stopped working after a week, but there are controls on the fire itself so we can still use it! Really easy set up.
